“The website must be beautiful and functional - it's clear. But above all, the site must earn money. Period.”

needs analysis

The process of creating websites and online stores begins with the concept. You need to consider the purpose of the website. If it contains interactive and social elements, not just information, the needs analysis is one of the most important steps to create a product that meets the expectations. It is necessary to know the industry the website is being created for and analyze the solutions used by the competition. This allows us to choose the right tools and avoid design and substantive errors.

creating an information architecture

Information architecture is one of the factors determining the success of the website. It consists of organization and naming of content (labeling), navigation and searching. The individual elements of the website must be properly arranged so that users can quickly find the information they need. In the case of online stores, a well-designed information architecture is essential in order to quickly find the desired products.

UX/UI design

Designing UX/UI is the stage of creating a graphic design of the website. Based on the established concept, we are able to select typography, navigation system and colors. The key issues determining the success of the designed website are consistent graphics and adaptation to the needs of the online community. It is important to look at the website from the user's perspective and check that all the used solutions are correct. UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) allow us to create a website that not only looks great, but is also convenient and easy to use.

The next step in the process of creating a website or online store is appropriate formatting of the HTML source code and implementation of advanced CSS structures. Pages are created based on CMS (Content Management System) such as: Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal. In the case of stores, the most popular types of e-commerce software are: Woocommerce, Prestashop and Magento. Webapps are created in the RDW system (Responsive Web Design) using PHP (Laravel & Symfony) and C#(.NET), that's why they adapt to the browser window or screen size regardless of the device.

Testing allows us to assess the quality of the implemented project and to indicate the necessary corrections. It is important to analyze the site for UX and usability (e.g. a landing page is checked). Conducting the tests gives the opportunity to find any errors in the project created during the programming stage and to propose solutions that allow their correction. As a result, a functional and complete product is created.

After the tests have been successfully conducted, the implementation stage takes place. The final version of the software is installed in the client's IT system. It is also necessary to enter data (or to transfer them from the previous program) and to train users. When creating a website, web application or online store, the documentation containing the results obtained at all stages of the process is prepared and updated.
